public car park poor attitude

The building design is original. i enjoyed the curves in the building being reflected in the furnishings.

The attitude of the reception check-in person was POOR. i was very disappointed to discover i had to park in a public car park far from the hotel. It was a drama.

refillable containers friendly staff comfortable beds

I appreciated the refillable water containers in the room. It reminded me of a thoughtful touch. the staff was consistently friendly and professional. i found the beds comfortable for a restful sleep. the simple check in process made my arrival very easy.

I experienced a slight inconvenience with the car system. It seemed inefficient and caused some delays during arrival.

The buffet breakfast offered an amazing selection. It seemed like value for money. the bar staff on level 9 provided really good service. i enjoyed an amazing experience every night there.

the position is quite central, affording close proximity to various dining establishments. cafes are easily accessible from the hotel. i also found the waterfront conveniently nearby for leisurely strolls.

valet parking made the arrival and departure processes significantly easier. the staff took our bags directly to the room. they were helpful in every possible manner, assuring a hassle-free experience.
